Architectural Home

Patrick L. Bauhan is a furniture maker, artist and craftsman, and the founder of Architectural Home.

For more than 25 years, Patrick has crafted unique furniture from mixed materials. Patrick searches old barns, flea markets and estate sales to find, restore or re-imagine interesting pieces. He creates custom furnishings, mirrors, lamps and accessories from architectural salvage and other unique materials. Patrick also finds and sells interesting architectural objects and period antiques.

Hailing from Peterborough, New Hampshire, Patrick grew up in an artistic community and family. His great-grandfather, William Langson Lathrop was a noted artist from New Hope, Pennsylvania, whose work influences and inspires Patrick to this day. Patrick’s materials are locally sourced from the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts. He resides in Florence, Massachusetts with his wife, Susan and mini-schnauzer, Gus.
